Laboratory testing

We carry out tests on air filtering elements and filtering materials according to international standards such as the ISO 16890 series and the ISO 1822 series. We perform the following tests:

Resistance to airflow

• Maximum flow rate up to 6000 m3/h.

Fractional efficiency

• Particle size range 100 – 10,000 nm with DEHS and KCl aerosol.
• Exposure to IPA vapor and measurement of the discharged filter.
• ePMx classification according to ISO 16890.

Dust loading test

• Dust loading procedure according to ISO 16890 and Eurovent 4/21.
• Determination of arrestance and dust holding capacity with the required synthetic dusts.
